Dr.
Rema Mohan is one of the first ophthalmologists in India to get
a Ph.D., degree. She has been doing original research on diabetic
retinopathy and her work is nationally and internationally recognized.
She is one of the first ophthalmologists in the country to work
exclusively on diabetic retinopathy and trained in grading of
retinal photographs according to the Wisconsin Classification
System. She has presented papers and delivered guest lectures
at national and international conferences. |
